B. Device & Technical Data

Device Identifiers: IP address, device brand, model, operating system version, and unique device IDs (such as Android ID or Advertising ID).
Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you real-time notifications about your order or booking status.

C. Precise Location Data (Foreground and Background)

Important Notice on Location Collection: Our App collects precise location data (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular network) from your device. This location data is collected in the foreground and the background (when the App is closed or not in use) to enable real-time delivery tracking, navigation for service partners, and accurate delivery fare calculations.

D. Photos and Files

Camera & Photo Gallery Access: We request permission to access your device’s camera and gallery to allow you to upload profile pictures, upload pharmacy prescription images, and provide identity verification documents.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various operational and safety purposes:

To process orders, schedule bookings, and facilitate communication between customers, merchants, and delivery partners.
To improve App performance, customize user experience, and resolve bugs.
To verify identities, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

With Merchants, Service Providers, and Delivery Partners: To fulfill and deliver your orders or perform requested services (e.g., sharing your address and phone number with a delivery driver or electrician).
With Third-Party Service Providers: We utilize trusted third-party SDKs and services to facilitate our operations:
- Google Maps API for mapping and address location.
- Firebase for push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
- Social Authentication via Google, Facebook, and Apple Sign-In APIs.

4. Data Retention & Security

Account Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data directly within the App settings (under Profile > Delete Account) or by emailing us at support@rajallinone.com.
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your personal data from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, retaining only data we are legally obligated to keep.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
